Ember & Oak started as a pop-up at the local farmers market in 2019. What began with a single burr grinder and a passion for great coffee has grown into a neighborhood staple.

We source our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every batch is roasted in-house within 48 hours of serving. We believe you deserve to taste coffee at its peak — and we're obsessed with making that happen.
